How To Manifest Something In Sleep? Is Manifesting In Sleep Real?

We spend one-third of our lifetime in sleep.

It is one of the most important event in our life that we cannot miss even a single day!

Our life literally depends on it!

So, if such a simple and not physical task occupies one third of our life then we must be missing something!

So, Can You Manifest Something In Sleep? Is It Even Real?

That’s what I’ll try to explain today.


Before Going To Sleep

Practice Scripting

We humans are trained to memorize something either by reading or writing.

Of course you can listen to something and remember, but not everyone can recall every bit of information.

Writing on the other hand makes it easier to recall.

It’s an official statement of whatever is spoken!

When something is written it enforces a reality that was just a word of mouth few seconds ago.

To sum it all up:

“A Pen is Mightier Than the Sword.”

You might yell as much as you want about you favorite reality or fulfillment of desire, but writing it makes it more real.

Buy a Diary and start filling up the pages with reality you want to see yourself into.

Calm Your Mind Before Visualization

A Calm Mind is the most Lethal Weapon!

If you’ve ever thought too deeply about something, you might have observed how calm and focused you’re at the point.

It’s because everything about you is directed towards that one task!

And at the center of this intensity is a Calm Mind.

Hence, make sure to meditate and calm down your Mind before Visualization.

Or you’ll inevitably have to do it because

Avoid Social Media

You see, Gen Z are spending(wasting) most of their time on Social Media.

This wasn’t an issue when there was no phone!

Anyway, Social Media, mobile phones, etc are great tools but we only end-up misusing them!

Most people waste time on phone either by playing games, browsing the web or on Social Media.

This becomes an impediment if you want to do something that requires intense concentration and dedication.

Surely I won’t ask you to stop using mobile phone, but you can at least keep it aside before sleeping.

Looking at bright display not only disrupts your sleeping pattern but also confuses the Subconscious Mind!

The Subconscious Mind doesn’t know whether what it sees is a reality or just a fiction.

And rather than working on your deep desire it ends-up working on the last thing your did before sleep.

Keep Visualizing While You Lay Down

Something really interesting happens between the state of wakefulness and sleep!

If you’re aware enough during that transition, you’ll see how relaxing it is.

It’s relaxing because thoughts slow down considerably and the Subconscious Mind slowly takes over.

Albert Einstein Manifesting

If you’re fully aware at that point, then there’s a high chance you’ll have full access to the Subconscious Mind.

In fact that’s what great personalities like Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein did!

They had made their Minds so strong that accessing the Subconscious Mind wasn’t an issue for them.

Stay Aware As You Fall Asleep

As I briefly mentioned before, staying aware while you fall asleep can do wonders!

I have tried this and had really found great results!

But remembers just one thing!

You should not force yourself to stay awake!

Forcing and stressing to stay awake will only cause issue with your daily sleeping patterns.

After Waking Up

Be Grateful Even If It’s Taking Time

I will say this right now: The best Manifestation technique is Being Grateful.

Buddha, Jesus and other saintly being always preached grateful.

The best thing about being grateful is that you don’t need a reason to practice it.

In fact the variation between feeling grateful and ungrateful is just our point of reference!

You might think: “I can be grateful when I’m a millionaire.”

But that’s not how things work!

Even a homeless person can feel grateful for whatever he is left with!

It may seem ridiculous but if a homeless can feel grateful even in that situation, then their good days are right around the corner.

Avoid Social Media

Yeah, this might feel repetitive but I need to repeat this as much as possible!

Social Media was a boon when it was new, but as it’s with most things it got heavily misused and now social media is mostly a troublemaker.

And you should always stay out of trouble!

You should give yourself an opportunity to do nothing else but visualize after you wake up.

It doesn’t matter how strong is your compulsion, just wait and it’ll be gone!

If you’re addicted, then you won’t feel good in the beginning but with time avoiding social media will become a piece of cake.

Visualize Your Desire As Complete

Visualizing your goal as already complete is the root of all manifestation method.

Whether it’s Affirmation based manifestation or Acting As If.

Each and every LOA method enforces how we should always visualize how we want to see ourselves in the future.

When you wake up, rather than scrolling through social media you should take some time to visualize your desire as complete.

Doing this first thing in the morning will strengthen your Subconscious Mind and help you to find more opportunity.

Something like this is often seen when someone says “I’m having a bad day since morning.”

It’s not that the Universe is conspiring against him/her, but the confirmation that I’m having a bad day.

The Subconscious Mind and the Universe offers you what you unconsciously asked for!

Being Your Day With Optimism

Beginning your day with enthusiasm and optimism is the best way to treat yourself.

And being optimistic and enthusiastic about something eventually removes fear.

In fact Fear is the only reason why most of us don’t take any crucial decision.

Starting the day with optimism doesn’t mean you overlook all the issue in your life.

Only that you look at them with a sense of “Solution” rather than “Complain.”

In the beginning you may not feel right about it, but if you persist, you’ll see that one day you wake up optimistic without any cause.

If you already wake up with a positive mindset then you’ve already programmed your Subconscious Mind to think positively.

Unfortunately not many people succeed in doing this!

Is Manifesting In Sleep Real?

The manifestation method I explained above works! PERIOD!

But please don’t go on thinking that you’ll just manifest in your dreams.

It’s a little more complex than that!

What happens is that when you sleep while thinking deeply about something, your Subconscious Mind absorbs those thoughts easily and blow it out of proportions.

If you slept while thinking about your crush, there is high chance that you’ll see him/her in your dream.

This single thought about your crush populates your Mind and as a result you start attracting situations related to your Desire.

Finally, experiencing a thought deeply before sleep is way more powerful than experiencing it after waking up. Because while sleeping you’ve direct access to your Subconscious Mind.
