10 Proven Ways To Remove Subconscious Mind Blockage & Live Your Dream

With great power comes great responsibility. This quote from Uncle Ben has stayed with me every since I understood its meaning. But what is the relation between subconscious mind and Uncle Ben’s quote? The subconscious mind is a powerful thing. It can literally make or break your life in an instant.

When you have access to such a powerful tool, it’s your responsibility to handle it efficiently. But what will happen if I don’t? You might ask. The simplest answer is that your subconscious mind will develop blocks. Your mind will face hard times accessing the powers of your subconscious mind. And when the subconscious mind is blocked, you’re on your own. There’s no one to guide you.

Hence, this post is focused on this one thing: 10 ways you can remove subconscious mind blockage. Now, it’s up to you whether you want to live your dream life.


(1) Positive Affirmations

No matter what the so-called gurus say about “affirmations not working,” positive affirmations do work when you use it the right way. I can say this to you from my personal experience. Positive affirmations can be as simple as: I’m lucky and fortunate, or as complex and precise as something like: I’m so lucky and fortunate that I have won the best salesperson of the year…. I hope you get it.

The only person who can create the most effective affirmations for your subconscious mind is you. Nobody knows you better yourself. Your heart and mind knows your deepest desires.

Write a short list of all the do, be and have. For example: If you want to do skydiving, write it. If you want to be the best salesperson of the year, write it, and if you want to have the latest iPhone, write it down too.

Try not to overwhelm your subconscious mind right from the beginning. When you’re done creating a list of positive affirmations, chant them whenever you have free time. You can also create subliminal affirmation messages audio and listen to it whenever you have time.

Follow this process and I can almost guarantee that your life will start changing in 21 days.

(2) Visualizations

No manifestation is complete without visualization. And, now that you’re trying to remove subconscious blockage, the first thing you should look for is your visualization method. Your aim might be to deeply visualize something you want, but unknowingly you’re actually thinking of something that you don’t want.

Don’t worry, it’s a common obstacle. Initially, when you force your mind to visualize something, it will rebel. It’ll throw at you heaps of negative thoughts and emotions. The best way to counter is to just let it flow. Try not to get involved, just observe and let it go.

Creating new thoughts and visualizing it is similar to moving a big object. You’ll have to apply immense power in the beginning.

(3) Practice Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the central pillar of a powerful subconscious mind. Trust me, if you’re mindful, life will change completely. Because no matter how much hardships life throws at you you’ll become unshakable.

But what is it’s relation with your subconscious mind and its blockage? Mindfulness sharpens your intuition. Intuition is a hunch that solves your problems. This intuition is your subconscious mind speaking to you. Being aware and mindful calms your mind, which paves a pathway for your subconscious mind to work perfectly.

This is way the Buddha urged everyone to just be mindful. If awareness can solve life’s greatest problems, they it sure can unblock your subconscious mind.

(4) Daily Journal

If there’s one tool by which you can cure several problems, then it’s writing a daily journal. Let alone removing manifestation blocks, you can even cure severe mental problems.

The trick is to write only the positive things if your life. You can either write a list of 10 things that you’re grateful in your life, or fill a page everyday with only the positive things that happened throughout the day or week.

When you force yourself to write only the positive things, automatically your subconscious mind will respond. Soon, you’ll feel a shift to only accepting the positive thoughts and emotions in your life. And if you’re thinking only the positive things, that means you have successfully unblocked your subconscious mind.

(5) Breathing Techniques

I wonder whether you’ve heard about Pranayama. It’s a certain way of breathing that channelize prana (life force) flow in your body. This simple breathing exercise can cure your mind, heals your physical health and also creates a pathway to a powerful mind.

Compare your body with an electrical equipment. A Bulb cannot produce enough light if it isn’t receiving enough power. We humans also experience the same thing when we are struck with low energy, disease, and negative emotions. Low energy and disease are sure signs of blocked life energy.

Pessimistic people frown on successful, optimistic people, because they think that successful people are the reason they are facing hard times. At the end of the day, they don’t create any value in the society.

If you have someone in your group who has this traits, then it’s time to stay away. Don’t do it radically though, distance yourself slowly, and make friends with optimistic people. Trust me, optimistic people will encourage you to change your life.

Before you jump right into chakra meditation, please be aware of one thing: You might see or feel something that you have never experienced before.

So, if you have any kind of physical or mental health issues, get it checked and then start this meditation. You can also practice the breathing exercise for at least 45 days before starting chakra meditation.

Let alone unblocking your subconscious mind, this simple, yet powerful meditation practice may even activate your chakra. And when that happens, life won’t be the same. But the questions is:

(8) Read Real-Life Success Stories

When nothing else works, read real-life stories of successful people. Trust me, this is one of the best encouragement-pill you can pop when you’re down. The subconscious mind is blocked when your mind is hit with negative emotions like doubt, anger, grief, shame, etc.

The hopelessness of not being able to achieve something also blocks your subconscious mind. That’s when reading about successful people helps. When you read that most successful people also had to face immense hurdles in their initial lives, you feel a sense of relief. It opens you your mind and helps you accept the fact that “it’s okay to fail.

Knowing encouragement stories rejuvenates your mind. And, you know what happens when your mind is healthy? Your subconscious mind is unblocked. Your mind will feel lighter and more energetic.

(9) Set Realistic Goals

The mind is hard to control. In fact, it’s so rare that people who can control their mind are known with different terms (enlightened, siddha). Here’s one problem of the mind – it doesn’t like taking orders, and put under too much load. It rebels more than a kid when its forced to do something. Worse, it stops working whenever it wants to.

When the mind is unhappy, it closes the gates to the subconscious mind. It becomes so jumbled up in itself that let alone accessing the subconscious mind, it doesn’t let you do anything.

Hence, one nice trick to unblock your subconscious mind is to set realistic goals. Don’t try to put your mind under too much load, especially when it’s no accustomed to. Strengthen the mind eventually, rather than with a bang. I have learned this the hard way. I hope you don’t repeat the mistakes as I did.

(10) Take Action

Finally, nothing beats taking action. No matter how strong your mind is, how energetic your aura is, and how easily you can access your subconscious mind, everything fails if you don’t take action. Surprisingly, taking action is often 90% of the job.

Once you start taking action, your mind and body automatically aligns itself with your thoughts. Alignment of these three things paves the path to access your subconscious mind.
