How Do I Program Subconscious Mind Quick?
Let’s be honest, you’ve being trying to manifest something in your life. Be it wealth, love, health or something that is better when kept secret, and you’ve read countless books, watched YouTube videos, listened to Podcast, and maybe even taken some course on ways to program Subconscious Mind.
If the above situation resonates with you, then congrats 🎉 We both are on the same boat.
So, in this post I’ll share an extremely simple and potent Breathing Technique that will surely help you in manifesting anything.
The Breathing Technique has worked wonders for me. And I hope it’ll work for you too!
Ready? Let’s begin then:
Novice Mistakes
This is the most crucial part! These novice mistakes I’ll mention briefly makes Subconscious Mind Programming a hard nut to crack.
(1) Not Choosing A Good Environment
Let’s take a step away from Subconscious Mind practice and focus on just normal sleep. Yeah, the sleep you practice everyday. I’m sure you enjoy it!
But can you sleep in a stinky place? How about in the midst of a busy market?
Let alone learning something as subtle as the Subconscious Mind, even sleep becomes a nightmare in such environment!
And this is the reason why choosing a suitable environment is one the first factor before even beginning to train.
Solution:
Choose a place where no one will disturb you. If possible, keep the place a secret from everyone.
Also be aware of the external obstacles like smoke, stink, extreme weather(rain, cold, sitting under harsh sunlight).
(2) Beginning Abruptly
If you start training the Subconscious Mind abruptly the process becomes a rut rather than a conscious practice.
Yeah, you can say: “But my physical body is stable,” there are other, more subtler, aspects of our physical body. Unless the body is fully calm, try not to commence the practice.
How will I know if the body has become calm?
The easiest way is the watch your breath. If your breath is rapid then you’re not ready yet.
Being when it’s subtle, gentle breathing, without too much effort.
(3) Wrong Posture
Let me declare this right now:
A correct posture is 30% of the task in Subconscious Mind Programming.
I cannot explain how important Posture is!
A correct posture facilitates easy energy flow which in turn directly helps in channeling your thoughts and emotions!
I cannot ask you to sit still like a rock!
Take whatever posture you like, but always remember this:
KEEP THE SPINAL CORD ERECT!
Your spinal cord should be like a hanging cloth. It should be erect without much effort.
Funny thing is that You can even sleep while doing the practice. But it becomes harder to not fall asleep!
Try this for yourself:
Sit on a chair without any support on your nape(back of the neck).
Now, place a support on the nape and let it loose.
After some time or immediately, you’ll feel lazy…You might also want to take a quick nap…
(4) Applying too much effort
Nice! you’ve almost there!
This problem is too subtle to understand!
Putting too much effort may drift the Subconscious Mind, in worst cases it may also end-up reversing the process.
To make it simple, think of the Subconscious Mind as a lady. She is elegant, has immense capabilities, knows all. But, she is too shy!
She cannot even handle a pin drop.
How would you handle such woman?
Would you force her?
Remember? She has all the qualities, she can hide from you forever if you try to approach her in a hostile manner.
You need approach her calmly, make friends with her, soothe her, listen to her, and be always grateful of her beauty…
“Slow is Smooth & Smooth is Fast.”
(5) Drifting Into The Evil Abyss (Destructive Thoughts)
Evil Abyss is just a funky name for “Negative Thought.” But it’s really an Evil Abyss.
Mind will try everything to keep you away from accessing the Subconscious Mind!
It thinks that being at peace means you’re “vulnerable to outside attacks.” And add to it the mental conditioning since our childhood, things become way worse than expected!
While training the Subconscious Mind, it’s a common problem to drift into negative & unwanted thoughts.
Solution?
The best way to counter destructive thoughts is the “Accept.”
Accepting that you drifted away is a great attitude to calm the Mind and access the Subconscious.
Be Aware NOT to get angry!
After some time the drifting will stop and you’ll easily stay aware of the thoughts…
Master Your Subconscious Mind
(1) The Process
It’s time to dive deeper!
Did you observe one crucial aspect of our practice? Step-by-step we are entering the subtler dimensions. First it was Body, then Breath, now we are entering the Mind.
You can the calm the Mind is several ways, but observing the Breath is one of the best and proven ways to do it.
The Process:
(1) Watch your breath while it enters the nose and exits.
Don’t try to exert any external effort (remember? No Effort!) Feel how it touches the Nose, the Throat, the Lungs expand & relax, the Stomach expand & relax.
(2) It doesn’t matter if you cannot buildup enough Attention.
Soon you’ll get better at it!
You can continue this practice for as long as you like. You can also set a reminder on your phone.
(3) Begin this practice from 3 minutes, then increase it to 6 minutes, then 9 minutes.
How often you’d like to increase depends on your capacity.
(4) After the breathing observation practice is complete start visualizing the thoughts. Be Solution Oriented. That means, rather than thinking: “This question is hard to solve,” “I don’t know what the answer should be,”” I don’t know whether she’ll go out with me,” etc. try to solve the question in your Mind, and feel positive about the outcome.
(5) The more vivid you think, the better!
(2) Ending The Process
Thank the Subconscious Mind for replying you with the solution. Do it even if the answer isn’t here yet.
Remember again? The Subconscious Mind is a shy lady, you’ll need a little time to impress her…
That’s it…the process is complete! GREAT JOB 🥳
Don’t you have any question? Not even what’s so special about this technique that’s already written in countless book? Not even why I included the breathing technique?
Let’s see if you’re really eager enough! Comment and I’ll really explain the reason.
I wonder if you’re one of the reader who reached till the end?
Peace!!

Can you elaborate why you asked to observe breathing?
A. Mallick
I’m sorry for replying so late. Observing breath helps your emotions to calm down. With a calm mind eventually your physical body will calm down too. And, when both your emotions and physical body settles, energy flows easily. The more energy (life energy) you have, the better you can visualize something… I hope you get it.
