Is It Really Hard To Access Subconscious Mind?

Your subconscious mind can literally change your life if you use it consciously. All the great people of the past who have had major impact in this world have used their subconscious mind either knowingly or unknowingly.

But, if the subconscious mind is so powerful and effective, why is it that only a handful of people have successful accessed it? And, is it still hard to access to subconscious mind and harness its powers?

Let’s dive in…

Accessing Subconscious Mind Is Easy But Tricky

The basic reason why it’s quite tricky to continuously access the subconscious mind is because of the mind. The moment the mind interferes, the subconscious mind stops responding.

More like, the mind’s unnecessary chatter silences the subconscious mind’s whisper. But, the good thing is that you’ll know when the subconscious mind responds. There’s a clear difference between chattering and whispering.

In fact, if in any moment of your life you had an idea suddenly out of nowhere, it’s the subconscious mind responding to your dominant thoughts.

Yes, it’s tricky, but there’s always a way… And that’s what you’ll learn today.

How To Access Subconscious Mind Fast?

The fastest ways to access the subconscious mind is through meditation. And, the other insanely quick way is to think about something repeatedly.

Bombarding your mind with a thought repeatedly forces the subconscious mind to suggest creative ideas. This is the reason why you suddenly receive a creative idea out of nowhere after thinking about a solution for a certain point of time.

But here’s the problem… Most people cannot focus on a single thought for an extensive period of time.

Anyways, there is always a different way.

How Einstein & Nikola Tesla Used Subconscious Mind

You surely have heard or read about how Albert Einstein slept for hours. He used to spend an insane number of hours thinking about research and experiments. Eventually, he unconsciously trained his mind to such a point that accessing his subconscious mind was a piece of cake.

Likewise, Nikola Tesla, the man who created Alternating Current, couldn’t have done it without some otherworldly power. And, as you might have already guessed, the so-called otherworldly power is the subconscious mind.

Here’s an easy practice that’ll strengthen your awareness and eventually help you access your subconscious mind.

While you lay on your bed, trying to sleep, observe your breath. You don’t need to force yourself to breath heavier or lighter, just observe your breath. Keep on observing your breath while you’re awake.

Here’s the trick: If you can stay aware when your body and mind are asleep, there’s a chance you’ll have easy access to the subconscious mind.

Why? Because the subconscious mind works better when all the chatter of your mind is absent. This is also the reason why your body heals faster when you’re asleep.

In the beginning you might not observe the moment when you fall asleep, but if you practice daily before sleep, you’ll see a clear difference within few weeks.

A Silent Mind Can Access Subconscious Mind Fast

The subconscious mind works best when the mind is absent. This happens only when you’re either deep asleep, or an experienced meditator.

I’ve experienced this when I used to meditate for more than 10 hours daily. There was a time when solving any issue was a piece of cake. I felt as if someone was there to guide through everything.

You might not have time to meditate for 10 hours daily, hence, the best way is to use the time before you sleep.
